Maine Medical Center is the largest hospital in the state and keeps its own list of local lodging, because patient families and travel nurses need somewhere to stay for weeks at a time. Summer and leaf season price them out of hotels entirely.
We are not going to pretend there is inventory here. Portland is a new market for us, the platform is live, and we are looking for the owners who already rent furnished by the month and would rather not hand over a commission on every booking.
